Premiere partie : Analyse d’une villa urbaine à Paris.

Part one: Analysis of an urban villa in Paris

Deuxième partie : Choix d’un thème par groupe de 5. Création de règlementation concernant le thème. Application de ces règlementations à la planification d’une villa urbaine.

Part Two: Choosing a theme in groups of 5. Establishment of regulations concerning the theme. Application of these regulations in the planning of an urban villa.

Troisième partie : Projet personel de création d’une maison dans cette villa

Nous avons tenté de trouver un principe de base original. Notre idée a donc été de «creuser la masse». En effet, au lieu  d’imaginer une villa par empilement de matières, nous l’avons imaginée comme une masse que nous avons creusée pour créer des espaces de vie et pour y faire pénétrer la lumière.

 

Nous avons ainsi choisi de retranscrire cet effet de masse en concevant chacun des logements en béton façon pierre. De plus, nous avons établi des règles de conception assez strictes pour être certains de garder une cohérence au sein de la villa. 

 

Au-delà du logement que j’ai créé personellement dans cette villa, l’aspect le plus intéressant de ce projet était de réussir à créer à plusieurs une proposition cohérente, aussi bien à l’échelle de l’urbanisme qu’a l’échelle de l’humain.

Notre projet a pour première vocation de réunir, de générer le partage par la participation des habitants à un projet commun. Le défi que nous nous fixons est de trouver les leviers participant au développement du partage intergénérationnel.

We tried to find an original principle.

Our idea has been to "dig the ground." Indeed, instead of imagining a villa by stacking materials, we have imagined as a body we dug to create living spaces and to instill in light.

 

We chose to transcribe this mass effect by designing each house in stone concrete. In addition, we have established rather strict design rules to be certain to keep consistency within the urban project.

 

Beyond the housing I created personally in this villa, the most interesting aspect of this project was to successfully create a coherent proposal, both at the scale of urbanism and at the human scale.

 

Our project primarily intended to gather, generate shared by resident participation in a joint project. The challenge we set ourselves is to find the levers involved in the development of intergenerational sharing.
