En imaginant la création d’un futur réseau de bateau bus sur le Canal de l’ourcq, imaginez une station multimodale comprenant une sation de bateau bus et un pôle attractif reliant le canal aux différentes stations de bus/tram présentes sur le boulevard.

 

Nous avions le choix pour ce projet de notre site sur une tranche du canal de l’ourcq située à Pantin.

 

Ce projet était le deuxième qui nous a été confié en première année. Il intégrait une  forte composante d’urbanisme. L’objectif était de recréer de l’activité et de la vie dans un quartier de Pantin en friche. 

 

Par binomes, nous avons donc choisi une friche au bord du canal de l’ourcq, afin d’y implanter un programme et relancer l’activité. 

 

Mon binome et moi avons choisi d’y implanter un centre commercial ainsi qu’un cinéma. Nous avions conçu notre maquette pour qu’elle soit démontable, étage par etage et que l’on puisse comprendre la partition intérieure (photos ci dessous). Notre volonté était de créer un bâtiment emblématique, apportant une forme de centralité culturelle dans cet espace jusqu’alors peu fréquenté.

 

Ce projet a été un challenge par de nombreux aspects : son étendue, son thème, le travail en binôme. Il fut dès lors d’autant plus satisfaisant de parvenir à un rendu cohérent et complet.

By imagining the creation of a future bus network boat on the Canal of the ourcq, imagine a multimodal station comprising a water bus sation and an attractive center linking the channel to different bus stations / tram present on the boulevard.

Our choice for this project to our site on a portion of the ourcq located in Pantin channel. This project was the second that has been entrusted to us in the first year. It included a strong urban component.

The goal was to recreate the activity and life in a neighborhood of Pantin fallow. By binomial, so we chose a wasteland on the edge of the canal ourcq, in order to establish a program and boost activity. My binomial and I chose to implant a shopping center and a cinema.

We designed our model for it to be dismantled, floor by floor, and one can understand the inner partition (photos below).

Our desire was to create an iconic building, bringing a form of cultural centrality in this space hitherto unfrequented.

This project was a challenge in many ways: its size, its theme, the pair work. It was therefore all the more satisfying to reach a coherent and complete rendering.
