Projet de rénovation du patio d'une maison individuelle à Malakoff. 

Cet espace extérieur privé, était en grande partie composé d'un grand mur végétal, qui prenait beaucoup de place et se dégradait.

Il donne également sur l'arrière du garage. 

Le projet de rénovation consistait à trouver un solution esthétique afin de rendre de l'espace aux circulations tout en permettant une future installation de plantes grimpantes sur le mur.

Il a également été nécessaire de trouver une solution pour cacher le fond du garage en le laissant accessible. 

L'installation d'un bardage bois a été la solution. Il se retourne en équerre pour former une paroi qui protège le garage et comprend une porte coulissante qui permet l'accès facile à ce dernier.

During the month of February 2017, I designed and followed the renovation of the patio of a house in Malakoff (next to Paris).

This private outdoor space was largely composed of a large green wall, which took up a lot of space and was in a bad shape.

It also overlooks the back of the garage.

 

The idea of the renovation project was to find an aesthetic solution to make space for traffic while allowing a future installation of climbing plants again on the wall.

It was also necessary to find a solution to hide the garage but to leave it accessible.

 

The installation of a wood cladding was the solution. It turns square to form a wall that protects the garage and includes a sliding door that allows easy access to the latter.
